Coaching Education:USSF E license, and an array of diplomas and certificates from various organizations and governing bodies.

Coaching Experience: Has coached teams and players from U5 to U16 youth levels and also adult league.

Playing experience: As a youth player, Rich represented multiple clubs along the East Coast before joining the Andover Soccer Association (ASA) in Massachusetts, where he played through high school. At Austin Preparatory School, he was the starting goalkeeper for three years, helping the team win two Catholic League State Championships. Rich continued his playing career at DIII Salem State.
