Coaching Experience:

Payton brings a wealth of hands-on coaching experience across diverse environments and age groups. Most recently, she served as the Team Sports Director and Head Soccer Coach at Point O’Pines, for athletes aged 5–15

Playing Experience:

Payton enjoyed an elite playing career spanning a decade of high-level club soccer, four years on her varsity high school team, and selection to her Regional Olympic Development Program (ODP) team. Her success on the field led to national recruitment, ultimately landing her at Gettysburg College, where she competed for three years on the Women’s Soccer team at the NCAA Division III level.
