
GYSC Non-Discrimination Policy
Purpose:
Gettysburg Youth Soccer Club (GYSC) is committed to creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all participants. This policy outlines GYSC’s position on discrimination and harassment to ensure a safe and respectful community.
Policy Statement:
GYSC strictly prohibits discrimination or harassment against any individual on the basis of:

This policy applies to all individuals involved in GYSC activities, including but not limited to players, parents, guardians, coaches, referees, volunteers, board members, and spectators.

Scope:
This policy applies to all GYSC programs, events, communications, and environments, both in-person and virtual. Discriminatory behavior, language, or actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Reporting and Enforcement:
Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment is encouraged to report the incident to a coach, team manager, or club official. GYSC will promptly investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include disciplinary measures, up to and including removal from GYSC activities.
