GYSC Coaching Policy

Regardless of roster size, only three adults will be permitted to act as coaches and allowed to be on the sideline with any GYSC team during a game. This will include a minimum of two parent coaches to be listed on their official roster, along with either a paid coach if the team has one, or another parent if the team does not.  A team manager may be added in addition to the three-person coaching staff, but they are not permitted to be in the coaching area during games.

For GYSC teams with a paid coach, a minimum of one parent coach should be present for games in the circumstance that the paid coach is absent.
