GYSC NEW TECHNICAL DIRECTOR:
The GYSC Board of Directors is excited to announce that we have hired Bryan Cunningham, current head coach of Men’s Soccer at Mount St. Mary’s University, to be the new GYSC Technical Director. Bryan also brings along with him his assistant coach, Dany O’Rourke, to be the head of our club’s coaching and training. Bryan and Dany bring a wealth of knowledge and over 30 years of combined experience of coaching at all levels, including youth soccer. Together they will guide us into a positive future and will revamp our entire training curriculum to align with an age-appropriate developmental program that will allow our players to progress through GYSC from ages U5 – U19.

2005 – 2016: I joined Manchester City Youth Academy in 2005 progressing through the academy system up until 2016. Throughout my 11-year spell at the youth academy I had the chance to represent England National team at the under 15 and 16 level, where I was listed in squad 6 times and managed to rack up 4 appearances.
2015 – 2016: Represented England National team and was involved in high caliber matches against the USA, Japan U18s and Saudi Arabia.
2016 – 2018: Joined Crewe Alexandra on a scholarship, where I was involved with the first team.
2019 – 2019: Played in Sweden, I played in the second division for IFK Mora.

2013 – 2016, St Bedes College, which is affiliated with Manchester City Football Club
2016 – 2018, Attended Reaseheath College where I attained a level 3 Diploma and level 3 NVQ Diploma in achieving excellence in sports performance and in sport (performance and excellence)
2018 – 2020 Primary School Ltd.
My job involved going to different schools around Manchester and teach children aged between 5 to 10 years basic and advanced skills in sports such as football, cricket, tennis, and some other sports.
